Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a General Dentist in Milton, Florida.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient general dentistry position serving adults and children
- Bread-and-butter dentistry including exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions
- High-volume patient population within a community health setting
- Medicaid-focused practice with established workflows and support staff
- Clinical autonomy with support from experienced dental leadership
- Opportunity to serve underserved communities while building a long-term practice
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- No Traditional Call Schedule
- Predictable 8-Hour Workdays
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $170,000 - $210,000
- Productivity Bonus Structure
- NHSC Student Loan Repayment Eligibility up to $50,000 (2-Year Commitment)
